Job Title: Admission Officer
Location: Noida
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
Key Responsibilities:

Handle the full admission cycle: application submission, documentation review, follow-ups, and coordination with universities.

Guide students in preparing and submitting application forms, SOPs, LORs, resumes, and financial documents.

Communicate with partner universities and colleges to track application status and escalate pending issues.

Ensure all applications meet the deadlines and admission guidelines of each university/country.

Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records of applications and student interactions.

Coordinate with counselors, visa officers, and students to ensure a smooth post-admission process.

Assist in university tie-ups, webinars, and institutional visits when required.

Handle offer letters, conditional/unconditional acceptances, fee payments, and CAS/I-20 processes.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.

1–3 years of experience in admissions, education consultancy, or back-end academic processing.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple student files simultaneously.

Familiar with international admission portals and documentation for UK, Canada, USA, etc.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:
-
Knowledge of international university application portals (UCAS, Common App, Ontario Colleges, etc.).

Understanding of study abroad intake cycles (Fall, Winter, Spring).

Basic knowledge of IELTS/PTE/TOEFL score requirements.
