Job Title: USA Counselor – Fresher
Location: Noida
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 0–1 Year (Freshers Welcome)

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with students and parents to understand their educational goals and interests related to studying in the USA.

• Share accurate and up-to-date information about US universities, courses, eligibility, and career prospects.

• Assist with application preparation including SOPs, resumes, and document checklists under supervision.

• Support students in understanding the visa process (F-1 Visa) and assist with mock interview preparation.

• Keep updated with admission timelines, popular programs, and entrance test requirements like IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, etc.

• Maintain student records and regularly update CRM/database with inquiry progress.

• Attend internal training sessions and US university webinars to build knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline); preference for candidates with strong communication or education backgrounds.

• Good verbal and written English communication skills.

• Interest in US education systems, international student life, and academic processes.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Docs, etc.).

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Awareness of top US universities and study programs.

• Basic understanding of IELTS/TOEFL/GRE exams.

• Previous internship or part-time work in counseling or education is a plus.
