Experience Required: 1–3 Years in Overseas Education Counseling (USA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one counseling to students for undergraduate and postgraduate admissions in the USA.

• Assist students in university shortlisting based on academic profile, test scores (SAT, GRE, IELTS/TOEFL), and preferences.

• Guide students in the preparation of documents such as SOPs, LORs, resumes, and application forms.

• Provide complete assistance with the US visa process including DS-160, SEVIS, and mock interviews.

• Keep students updated about scholarships, deadlines, and university-specific requirements.

• Follow up with leads regularly to convert inquiries into successful applications.

• Coordinate with US university representatives and participate in webinars and info sessions.

• Stay informed about changes in US education policies, visa rules, and admission trends.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in USA education counseling.

• Strong knowledge of US universities, courses, admission cycles (Fall/Spring), and visa procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and documentation systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of standardized tests (IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, SAT, Duolingo).

• Experience with platforms like CommonApp, ApplyTexas, or university portals.

• Previous experience handling both UG and PG applicants for USA.

• Knowledge of popular courses such as STEM, Business, Healthcare, and Computer Science.
