Job Title: Telecaller – Team Leader (TL)
Location: Noida

Experience Required: 2–4 Years (Minimum 1 year in a TL/Team Handling Role)

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of 5–10 telecallers, ensuring productivity and target achievement.

Assign daily calling tasks and monitor live call flow, call quality, and daily follow-ups.

Train new telecallers on scripts, processes, objection handling, and CRM usage.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.

Handle escalated student/parent calls with professionalism and solution-oriented approach.

Coordinate with the counseling and admission teams to ensure proper lead handover.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team performance and lead conversion.

Ensure CRM records and call logs are updated accurately by the team.

Motivate and encourage the team to meet daily engagement goals and monthly conversions.
Requirements:

Graduation in any stream; post-graduation is a plus.

Minimum 2 years of total experience in telecalling/sales/support, with 1+ year in a team lead role.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in using CRM systems, call monitoring tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in the overseas education or edtech sector.

Ability to train and mentor freshers in the team.

Multilingual communication skills (English + Hindi mandatory).
