Job Title: Telecaller (Experienced & Fresher)

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents and explain services related to overseas education.

Follow up on leads and convert them into walk-ins or confirmed counseling appointments.

Maintain a database of calls and responses in the CRM system.

Share program, admission, and visa details over call, WhatsApp, and email.

Coordinate with counselors and admission teams for seamless follow-up.
-
Handle inbound inquiries with a polite and service-oriented attitude.

Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets set by the team lead.
Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp Web).

Friendly, persuasive, and confident phone presence.

Willingness to learn and grow in the overseas education industry.
Preferred (But Not Mandatory):

Previous experience in telecalling, lead generation, or customer service.

Knowledge of overseas education processes or institutions.

Multilingual abilities (e.g., Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, etc.).
