Job Title: Education Counselor – Europe/Germany (Fresher)
Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with basic information related to study in Germany and Europe (intakes, courses, universities, etc.)

• Guide students through eligibility checks, documentation, and admission steps.

• Coordinate with senior counselors and the admission team for smooth student processing.

• Follow up with students regularly and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

• Stay updated with entry requirements, visa rules, and European university guidelines.

• Attend training sessions to build knowledge of international education systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (any stream); recent graduates welcome.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Interest in international education, student guidance, and career development.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).

• Willingness to learn about European study destinations, especially Germany.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Knowledge of German language (A1/A2) is a plus.

• Awareness of courses like MS, Bachelors, MBA, and Ausbildung programs in Germany.

• Interest in student counseling or visa processing.
