Job Title: Europe/Germany Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on study options in Germany and Europe including courses, universities, eligibility criteria, and scholarship availability.

• Assist students in preparing and submitting application documents, SOPs, LORs, and other admission paperwork.

• Stay updated on latest admission intakes, visa regulations, and education policies in Germany and Europe.

• Coordinate with partner universities and institutions for application follow-ups and updates.

• Guide students through visa application processes and assist with interview preparation.

• Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system with student progress and follow-ups.

• Participate in webinars, seminars, and education fairs promoting Europe/Germany study opportunities.

• Collaborate with marketing and telecalling teams to convert leads into counseling sessions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of counseling experience with a focus on Germany and/or Europe.

• Strong knowledge of the German higher education system, visa processes, and PR pathways.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple student cases simultaneously with attention to detail.

• Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and communication platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic proficiency in the German language (A1/A2) is a plus.

• Experience in visa refusal handling and reapplication guidance.

• Knowledge of apprenticeship (Ausbildung) programs in Germany.
