Job Title: Canada Counselor – Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide students through the study in Canada process, including program options, eligibility, and admission requirements.

• Help with university and college shortlisting based on student profiles and preferences.

• Assist in application submissions and preparation of documents like SOPs, resumes, academic transcripts, etc.

• Provide basic information about tuition fees, scholarships, living costs, and part-time work options in Canada.

• Explain the Canadian Student Visa process and support document checklist preparation.

• Attend training sessions, university webinars, and maintain up-to-date knowledge about Canadian education.

• Maintain detailed records of student inquiries and update CRM systems regularly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Interest in overseas education, especially the Canadian education system.

• Quick learner with a positive and team-oriented attitude.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Awareness of popular Canadian institutions like Humber, Seneca, Conestoga, etc.

• Basic understanding of IELTS/Duolingo/PTE requirements for Canadian colleges.

• Any internship or coursework related to international education or counseling.
