Job Title: Canada Country Manager
Location: Noida
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 5+ Years in Overseas Education (Canada), including 2+ Years in a Managerial Role
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire Canada student recruitment process from lead generation to final visa approval.

Manage, train, and motivate a team of Canada counselors to achieve enrollment targets.

Develop and execute strategies for increasing student applications and conversions for Canadian colleges and universities.

Build and maintain partnerships with Canadian institutions, handling MOUs, agent agreements, and regular coordination.

Ensure the counseling team stays updated on Canadian admission procedures, SDS/Non-SDS visa categories, GIC, and other compliance requirements.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics of the team, ensuring high-quality service and student satisfaction.

Represent the company at international education fairs, webinars, and institutional events.

Report directly to the Director/CEO with regular updates on performance, targets, and market developments.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in overseas education (Canada focus), with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Strong knowledge of Canadian public and private colleges, visa processes, intakes, and post-study pathways.

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and scale up a high-performing team.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and report analysis.
Preferred Skills:

Existing network or partnerships with Canadian institutions.

Understanding of the Indian student market and education trends.

Certification or training from Canadian education bodies (EduCanada, ICEF, etc.) is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple offices or regional teams is an added advantage.
