Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Executive
Location: Noida
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 1–3 Years in HR Operations or Generalist Role
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews to final onboarding.

Maintain employee records, handle documentation including offer letters, contracts, and exit formalities.

Assist with payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.

Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.

Ensure HR policies are communicated and adhered to across the organization.

Support performance evaluation processes and probation confirmations.
-
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring updates.

Handle HR tools and systems for data entry and reporting.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Management, or related fields).

1–3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations or recruitment.

Good understanding of Indian labor laws, HR compliance, and documentation.

Proficient in MS Office and HR software (Zoho, Excel, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in the education, consulting, or service industry.

Knowledge of onboarding automation or HRMS tools.
-
Strong people skills and a team-player attitude.
