Telecaller – Exp+Fresher

Job Title: Telecaller (Experienced & Fresher)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents and explain services related to overseas education.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into walk-ins or confirmed counseling appointments.

• Maintain a database of calls and responses in the CRM system.

• Share program, admission, and visa details over call, WhatsApp, and email.

• Coordinate with counselors and admission teams for seamless follow-up.

• Handle inbound inquiries with a polite and service-oriented attitude.

• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets set by the team lead.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp Web).

• Friendly, persuasive, and confident phone presence.

• Willingness to learn and grow in the overseas education industry.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory):

• Previous experience in telecalling, lead generation, or customer service.

• Knowledge of overseas education processes or institutions.

• Multilingual abilities (e.g., Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, etc.).
