Job Title: Ireland Counselor

Experience Required: 1–3 Years in Overseas Education Counseling (Ireland)

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on study options available in Ireland based on their academic profile, goals, and preferences.

• Assist students throughout the application process — from university shortlisting to document preparation.

• Guide students in preparing SOPs, LORs, and academic documents as per university guidelines.

• Provide accurate information on tuition fees, scholarships, cost of living, and post-study work opportunities in Ireland.

• Handle inquiries via walk-ins, calls, and online platforms, and maintain a high conversion rate.

• Stay updated with the latest education and visa policies of Ireland.

• Coordinate with Irish university partners for student applications and status updates.

• Maintain proper records and update student progress in CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any stream.

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in overseas education counseling (preferably Ireland).

• Strong knowledge of Irish universities, intakes (Jan/Sept), and visa requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Ability to handle targets and perform in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Awareness of popular Irish universities such as Trinity College Dublin, UCD, NUI Galway, etc.

• Understanding of IELTS, TOEFL, Duolingo score requirements.

• Experience in handling UG and PG applicants.

• Participation in education fairs or university webinars is a plus.
