About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced UK Country Manager to lead our UK, Ireland, and Dubai education verticals. Based in Noida, the ideal candidate will oversee a team of counselors and drive business growth through strategic planning, team development, and strong partner relationships. This role is best suited for someone with deep knowledge of overseas education markets, particularly the UK, and a proven record in team management and student recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage the counseling team for the UK, Ireland, and Dubai regions.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute destination-specific strategies to increase student enrolments.

Training & Development: Provide regular training to enhance counselor knowledge and performance.

Student Counselling Oversight: Ensure the team delivers high-quality, ethical, and accurate counseling to students and parents.

Partnership Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with international university partners.

Compliance & Updates: Stay updated on admission guidelines, university requirements, and visa procedures; ensure the team remains compliant.

Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, team targets, and overall department progress; provide regular reports to management.

Problem Solving: Act as the escalation point for complex student cases or university coordination.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in overseas education, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.

Strong understanding of UK education systems and visa processes; knowledge of Ireland and Dubai markets is a plus.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and reporting tools.
